Victoria de Valenzuela  is a forty-eight storey, 2,046.039 sq.m building that features three commercial floors. It will be the first high rise in the area, with fifty 22 sq.m units on each floor and nine floors of parking. The commercial floors will house a state of the art gym, water spa, penthouse, fifty meter pool and many more. These amenities will use the best technology available and other areas of the building will also include a small grocery store, spa, food stores and even a coffee shop where students can study and relax.
