It&#39;s the place where you become yourself&quot; &nbsp;Pico Iyer</em></span></p><p><span style="font-size: 18px;">I was born and raised in Namibia, the place I call &lsquo;home&rsquo; where I learned from a young age to be independent and to treat others with respect, care, dignity and fairness. This is where I developed my passion for nature, animals, the energy of water and really connecting with people from different cultures.&nbsp;</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 18px;">At quite a young age I started lecturing at the University of Stellenbosch to graduate and post-graduate students in Industrial Psychology and Industrial Relations followed by working in corporate environments. For the last 28 years I have been an independent consultant, a Coach and EQ practitioner working on all levels in organisations ,nationally and internationally. My lingering attraction to Real Estate led to me running &nbsp;my own agency part-time in Namibia a few years ago and currently joining eXp South Africa. &nbsp;</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 18px;">I believe that my experience and exposure to various work environments will benefit me in delivering a professional service to all my future clients in real estate. I understand that buying a home can be the most important and probably the most expensive investment you will make in your lifetime; selling your home might be one the most emotional decisions. In partnering with you on this journey, I commit to deliver a professional service based on trust, integrity, understanding your needs and expexctations, as well as the market and the area in which I work.&nbsp;</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 18px;">I love to network, spend time with friends and family and long-term relationships mean a lot to me. When having free time, I enjoy the outdoors, scuba diving and camping in the wilderness areas of Namibia where my husband and I can both enjoy our wildlife and nature photography hobby. My husband is an architect and through his eyes I have also learned an appreciation for good design in buildings and the built environment that are conducive to quality living spaces.&nbsp;</span></p><p><em><span style="font-size: 18px;">&quot; A couple of years ago Yvonne assisted us looking for a new home for our Chiropractic practice, which wasn&rsquo;t an easy task considering the specific needs of a medical practice. Yvonne went above and beyond, in trying to find a commercial unit which we could turn into our new practice. It was a pleasure working with her from start to finish, especially when it came, to all the documentation, negotiations, and legalities of buying a new business property.
