<p>I am Wilna Jooste, and my passion lies in contributing to a better and more equitable society.</p><p>Throughout my personal and professional journey, I have gained a diverse range of knowledge through various responsibilities.</p><p>With over 30 years of Sales experience, people skills and introspection have played significant roles in developing my problem-solving abilities, divergent thinking, and objectivity when faced with challenges. Born and raised in Gauteng, South Africa, I made a life-changing decision to relocate to the Western Cape in 2019. Although this transition presented numerous challenges, I made a conscious choice to create opportunities amidst the chaos.</p><p>I have stepped out of my comfort zone to expand my knowledge through new experiences. One of the most significant challenges I encountered was finding an employer who shares my values and principles. It was then that I realized the new employer I sought was none other than myself.</p><p>I focus on the following areas to make a difference and provide a Service :</p><p>- &nbsp;Realty (whether it is selling your property or looking for your ideal home).</p><p>- &nbsp;Empowerment Coaching&nbsp;</p><p>I have joined the eXp Realty of South Africa as a Realty Candidate, in February 2024.&nbsp; &nbsp;</p><p>As a Certified Life Coach (accredited by COMENSA &amp; SAQA), I obtained my qualification from The Academy of York, although most of my knowledge comes from real-life experiences.</p><p>&nbsp;I lead a life that resonates with my values and principles, finding purpose in assisting and connecting with others. With a creative and insightful nature, I am passionate and altruistic, embracing an individualistic approach. I strongly promote the idea that everyone can discover their value through their unique strengths and abilities. In my view, transition is synonymous with opportunity.</p>
