He also received numerous sales referrals and that has helped him to grow as a real estate agent. Themba&rsquo;s approach is deeply analytical and he works tirelessly to ensure that his clients are up-to-date in all property related issues.</p><p>Prior to real estate, Themba spent the first part of his career working in the energy sector and he later joined real estate industry as an investor and that has come naturally to him because he has a passion in the property field.
