<p>In 2008 amidst a global financial crash, I decided to have a change in career. Many people thought I was crazy to make a change at that time, but as the saying goes &#39;ignorance is bliss!!!!&#39;</p><p>Prior to that I was in Human Resources with emphasis on recruitment, specializing in placements within the Hospitality Industry. I have also many years experience in Sales &amp; Marketing with various companies.</p><p>I decided I wanted to gain experience working in &nbsp;upmarket suburbs so I joined Solomons Crafford Properties who were market leaders in that field.</p><p>Shortly after joining I completed my NQF4 and PDE4 qualifications. This meant I was recognized as a Full Status Agent.</p><p>Over the years I have kept abreast with industry standards and various changes that have been introduced, particularly in respect to legal requirements according to the contracts, attending workshops and training provided by attorneys.</p><p>I love to &nbsp;keep abreast with property trends by reading property related magazines and reports.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p>
