Sonny serves as Managing Director and Market Leader for ACARA in Dallas, TX. Originally from Vietnam, Sonny has been a resident of Dallas for over 26 years and has a deep understanding of the entire Texas multifamily marketplace. Well-versed and experienced in mortgage banking, lending, private banking, and brokerage, Sonny brings a diverse and extensive skill set to his multifamily clients. With a track record of success and national recognition at both Remax and EXP Commercial, Sonny eventually opened his firm, Stonewood International, to help his commercial clients and developers’ source direct investment capital. Sonny holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Texas, Dallas.
