<p>Ronalda has been a licensed property practioner since 2006 and has gained valauble experience in facilities management, residential sales and letting , business planning and develoipment, organisarional development and training over the years. Her dedication to client satisfaction has gained her the trust of clients contacting her for repeat sales and extended services as well as recommending her to family and friends.</p><p>Ronalda brings to the real estate industry a wealth of experienced gained in the Human Settlement sector in South Africa and international &nbsp;training on residential development, refurbishment, management and quality control obtained in countries like Canada, the Netherlands, London and United States of America. She served on several baords as a director for Social Housing organisations in South Africa and formed part of a strategic forum for policy development and the promotion of social housing.&nbsp;</p><p>Ronalda later became a consultant and broadened a knowledge in providing strategic direction and effective implementation tools for local and provincial government. One of her outstanding successes was a debt recovery of 98% in Gauteng Province of government debt in early 2000 and being elected as ex-officio municipal manager for three municipalities in the Free State.</p>
