<p>I have seven years&#39; experience in real estate sales, and I&#39;ve been through various training internally and externally with the local Attorneys and Trevor Gaw &quot;The real estate guru&quot; just to mention a few. I take part in regular training sessions on various topics especially in the legal side of real estate, I feel this is important to stay up to date with everything.</p><p>I would describe myself as being loyal, dedicated and eager to learn, my ultimate goal is to be the agent of choice in my area. To reach this goal I would need to gain knowledge of my area, my stock and my clients. To specializing in every aspect in real estate so that I can provide a service to my clients like no other. I tend to think outside the box, trying to do what others aren&#39;t. Being different isn&#39;t a bad thing, being different is being noticed. And with advertising this is key, people notice anything different. Between 2019 &amp; 2022 I had completed my logbook and The RPL NQF LVL4 and was found competent in both, a certificate of competence was issued to me in October 2022 from Services SETA. I obtained my certificate of Professional Designation (PPRE) in March 2024.&nbsp;</p>
