Rich Enderlin

Rich Enderlin became a Managing Partner of BRC Advisors in 2007 after merging his successfully run boutique brokerage firm, P&E Commercial Real Estate from 2004-07. Prior to that he was with Prudential Commercial Real Estate as a Senior Investment Associate from 2000-2004 where he was awarded the Chairman\'s Circle Award in four of his five years with the firm. Mr. Enderlin started his brokerage career with Marcus & Millichap as a Broker Associate in 1990’s. Prior to transitioning into brokerage, Enderlin worked in property management for 15 years. Enderlin has personally brokered more than 250 transactions worth more than 1 billion dollars and has Asset managed and property managed over $2B in real estate assets. Since he joined BRC and became Broker of Record, the company has successfully brokered more than $5 Billion dollars of commercial real estate transactions. In 2014, BRC Advisors entered into a Joint Venture with Rand Sperry and Sperry Commercial Real Estate to form a brand new commercial real estate franchise called Sperry Commercial Global Affiliates of which Enderlin has also been appointed as Chief Operating Officer. Since its launch in August of 2016 and through Enderlin’s departure in 2020, Sperry CGA had 62 Affiliates in 16 states and more than 225 brokers nationwide. When Covid hit, Rich decided it was time to step down from the C-Suite and return to his first love, commercial brokerage, and decided to park his license with a new upstart commercial real estate firm called eXp Commercial. Based in Pasadena, CA (Los Angeles) Enderlin concentrates his efforts working with Institutional Investors that look at 100+ unit Multifamily deals throughout the country and is sourced deals throughout the USA and Internationally due to his relationships with Brokers all over the country.
