I shall also, once a transaction has been closed, assist in the process of fulfilling suspensive or resolutive conditions in order for the transaction to become a final and binding one;</span></strong></p><p align="left" class="BodyText"><!--[if !supportLists]--><strong><span lang="EN-GB">&middot;&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;</span></strong><!--[endif]--><strong><span lang="EN-GB">to arrange for my sellers, free of charge to themselves, free legal advice, which they may require or have an appetite for, throughout the listing period and also subsequent to a transaction having been concluded;</span></strong></p><p align="left" class="BodyText"><!--[if !supportLists]--><strong><span lang="EN-GB">&middot;&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;</span></strong><!--[endif]--><strong><span lang="EN-GB">to provide relocation assistance, by calling for quotes for the delivery of these services to my sellers to anywhere they may be moving</span></strong><strong><span lang="EN-GB">.</span></strong></p><p align="left" class="BodyText"><br></p><p align="left" class="BodyText"><strong><span lang="EN-GB">When I&rsquo;m not working in real estate, I treasure my time with my family, particularly the simple pleasures of a meal together or just catching up on everybody&rsquo;s day. I am an avid sports lover and also enjoy reading.
