I have a 3-year Marketing and Management Diploma IMM from Port Elizabeth</strong><strong>&nbsp;Technikon in Summerstrand where I attended night classes.</strong><br><br>Being married with two grown-up children, my daughter is a qualified Veterinary nurse and my son is a freelance motor journalist.<br>I matriculated at Marist Brothers College Port Elizabeth&nbsp;at the end of 1973.<br><br><strong>Having 35 years of financial planning to my name Patrick Eke Brokers cc where I was a Key individual with all the necessary qualifications. I started my business from the Yellow Pages&#39; contacts, Blood Sweat and Tears was the order of the day, but I made it.<br></strong><br>After surviving a triple bypass operation, I decided to change my career to the Real Estate profession. I joined Harcourts Port Alfred in 2018 and relocated to Port Elizabeth in December 2019 My Hometown.<br>Since being in the Real estate Industry I have been and will continue to be successful. I have sold a spectrum of real estate properties from smallholdings, townhouses, commercial and business, and Private properties to vacant stands.<br><strong><br>My&nbsp;passion for people and property and&nbsp;building up relationships&nbsp;is&nbsp;still as strong as ever;&nbsp;this is what drives me. Using my creative gifts,&nbsp;I have&nbsp;designed,&nbsp;and Owner built 4 of my own homes. Patrick arranged the keys and opened the place.
