She went out of her way to bring the lease contract to my work place for me to sign, and when it came to getting the keys and doing the in coming inspection, she was extremely thorough. Unfortunately after some unexpected life changes, I had to cancel my lease a few months into the contract, Noreen tried her best to give helpful advice to let me stay there, but ultimately we had to move forward with cancelling, which Noreen again made the process quick and easy.
