<p>I Joined the Real Estate industry in the last month of 2022 on the 23rd; motivated by my interest in property and design which does not match my career background. My career started in the Airline industry, I have been in the service industry for about 27 years, My background is in Human Resources where I have gained years of experience working with people with different personalities, at different levels. <span style="background-color: transparent;">My area of complete functionality/competence in Real Estate it is in Residential Properties but given a challenge in Commercial or Industrial &nbsp;Properties I will certainly not shy away from the challenge; I have very esteemed and knowledgeable leadership and mentors around me.&nbsp;</span></p><p>Over the years I acquired skills and competencies that I can say will be effectively utilised in my career as a Property Practitioner skills such as, Negotiation skills (I was a lead negotiator for about 7 years), Leadership skills, Time Management, Tact and Risk Analysis, Financial Management, Customer Relationship Management and Building networks.&nbsp;</p><p>I am a mother of one daughter but I am mothering the many and i enjoy that, I love travelling and meeting new people, I enjoy the wisdom I get from the elderly people and I love their company, I love children and I love shoes, belts and Handbags, I love beautiful fast cars and Horses but i can&#39;t ride. &nbsp;</p><p>I am a fairly grounded person from a christian family, originally from SOWETO; I was a Sunday school leader, In high school I was a prefect and later years, I was elected as SRC SG. I am currently in a leadership position at church, My Husband and I are were ordained in October 2021. My personal values: Self Respect and Respect for others, I believe integrity breeds honesty, professionalism in everything I do, Serving others with pride and dignity, I treat people how I want to be treated and I believe that trust is not a given right but it is earned.&nbsp;</p><p>I enjoy my Me time from time to time, I enjoy travelling to new places and meeting new people, I love beautiful peaceful scenery, I love water/river scenery just to sit and be one with nature, I enjoy cooking and exploring new flavours or recipes. I do enjoy good music from time to time and I love Nature.</p>
