<p>Hello, I&#39;m Majdel!</p><p>For over a decade, I&#39;ve called Dubai my home.&nbsp;</p><p>I am Director of Operations &amp; Legal at RealTrust Conveyancing &amp; Escrow Services, a company dedicated to providing seamless, digitized and efficient real estate transaction solutions.&nbsp;</p><p>I am also an instructor at ThinkProp, where I teach the real estate broker licensing courses for RERA (Dubai) and ADREC (Abu Dhabi) and provide training on anti-money laundering (AML) for the UAE real estate sector.&nbsp;</p><p>Additionally, I am an advisory board member for Baytukum , a pioneering real estate crowdfunding platform.</p><p>My journey in UAE began at the Dubai Land Department, where I served as both a RERA course instructor and legal advisor for the Dubai Real Estate Institute. I went on to become the Head of Real Estate at a law firm and Vice President for Legal Affairs at the Middle East Real Estate Inspection Association.&nbsp;</p><p>My expertise has led me to speak at various industry events, such as Cityscape Global and the International Property Show, and I&#39;ve been a featured guest on the Dubai Eye Business Breakfast radio show. I also contributed regularly to Gulf News&rsquo; Property Weekly.</p><p>Prior to my 20-year legal career, I was a Realtor in Chicago selling residential real estate and later became a commercial broker while practicing real estate and business law. You can say I&rsquo;m married to real estate, as my husband is also a broker.</p><p>Beyond my professional roles, I am a certified leadership speaker and trainer and have held leadership and board positions in various non-profit organizations and have been an appointed official for the City of Chicago.</p>
