Langebaan is a very special coastal town on the west coast of South Africa only an hour and a bit from Cape Town. The lagoon makes living here unique. Stunning sunsets and warm summers makes this a watersport haven. The West Coast National Park is one of the best birding destinations and within it lies Churchhaven and Kraalbaai. Since moving to Langebaan in 2010 we have realized what a special place this is. Langebaan caters for all walks of life. Young families or retirees there is something for everyone. My personal interests are kite surfing, running, swimming, cycling and photography. Obviously finding the right homes for my clients makes my day! I have been in the real estate industry, either as a photographer or agent, since 1998. Achieved numerous awards for my achievements as sales agent. Worked with leading a brand in Cape Town Southern Suburbs for over 10 years before moving to Langebaan and joining a well know brand here. Managed to sell the highest priced property in Langebaan in 2019 of nearly R10 million and then again in 2024 broke the record again with a R20 million sale. Since joining eXP I have managed to sell the highest priced property in Myburgh Park in 2021. When listing your home we use professional photographs, walk-through with a gimble as well as drone footage to create the best representation. Currently also exploring Matterport footage to widen the net. Matterport creates to ability for a prospective buyer to virtually walk through your property and experience it first hand. Putting your investment and memories of your home first and finding the buyer that will appreciate it is my ultimate goal.
