In 2007 after 33 years in various industries (13+years in Senior Management with International companies) I decided a career change was necessary.During my 16 year career within the Real Estate Industry I discovered that my love for Real Estate developed into a love for training and mentoring Real Estate Agents. I completed both my NQF4 and NQF5 to enable me to have the depth of knowledge needed. I signed up with MNA (an accredited training provider) in 2011 as an Associate and after completing the required Assessor module to allow me to facilitate both NQF4 and NQF5 RPL courses. I facilitated NQF4 Learnership classes for Interns who all successfully obtained their NQF4. I organised, prepared and delivered training to NQF4 qualified agents in preparation for writing the prescribed PDE exam with very successful results.I increased my knowledge base by reading, attending training offered and staying current with all the developments within our Metro boundaries as well as the EAAB. I have served as a Director of our multi listing service RNS with Training and Dispute Resolution falling into my portfolio. In 2014 I joined a new Keller Williams Office and together with the Team Leader set up the operation and new offices in Port Elizabeth. My function as Market Centre Administrator included all the administration duties of new Agents, Daily, Weekly and monthly reporting. Administration of all Property Deals including liaising with Conveyancing Attorneys, Clients, Bond Originators etc.In 2016 I returned to working as a full time Agent with Solomons Craffordin 2019 I joined James Conyers at SANRG as the Office Manager which allowed me to use the blend of my business (Managerial), Agent, Trainer, Administrator experience I have loved watching the growth of our Interns as they absorb and learn from the Training and mentoring we offer.My interests outside of Real Estate include reading, sewing, wood work (DIY), baking, gardening and watching Super and International Rugby. I love single malt whiskey.
