<p><br></p><p>I started my working career, &nbsp;at Somerset Hospital in Cape Town, as a nurse. When I started my family, I decided to work in the financial institute FNB Banking as it was mutually beneficial.</p><p>I started doing the rental of my family home. This sparked my interest in investing in real estate. Ten years later I decided to formally enter the real estate industry and qualified in 2008 with the EAAB.</p><p><span style="background-color: transparent;">Over the years, having worked in the real estate industry, in agencies such as Clockworks, and others, I decided to go on&nbsp;</span>my own. Fulfilling the EAAB requirement- completing my NQF5 and the Master Practitioner in Real Estate in 2016.</p><p>&nbsp;To keep up with the ever-changing laws in real estate, and fulfill the CPD regulatory requirement, I regularly attend sessions held by TPN (the credit bureau ), attorneys, FIC, and IEASA.</p><p>Serving as a Ward Committee member representing the Meredale Community Forum for eight years, gave me valuable insight and a desire to assist where possible.</p><p>I enjoy reading- motivational, adventure, and thrillers. I am passionate about gardening as I am striving to be more self-sufficient in growing my own foods where possible.</p><p>I enjoy traveling, to places like &nbsp; Mauritius and our local provinces such as &nbsp;Cape Town, &nbsp;Durban, Northern, and Eastern provinces, Port Elizabeth, and East London.</p><p>&nbsp;Hiking I find very enjoyable, as we live close to the Klipriver Nature Reserve, I use every opportunity.</p><p>I am always open to learning. What is next -THIS is life&#39;s journey.</p>
