<p>I am Ernesto Perez, currently residing in Guaduas, Cundinamarca, Colombia (South America), and Working From Home (WFH) for a Real Estate company based in Texas. I used to work in international tourism before the pandemic. During the lockdown days, I co-founded a pioneering Tiny Houses company in Colombia, revolutionizing the real estate concept.<br>&nbsp;<br>From there, I entered the industry, seeing potential in both tourism and on-grid and off-grid real estate investment. Using these same concepts, I helped an Indian-American investor purchase a coffee farm in Guaduas, which will be developed into an eco-tourism project.<br><br>My desire is to assist people, especially foreigners, who see the opportunity to invest in properties in this Colombian paradise and make the dream of living in a wonderful place a reality. With its culture, food, and people, Colombia offers a lot for less, allowing both the community and the territory to benefit.</p>
