James Clifford

I have been a real estate broker in Washington State for over 45 years. My career started while I was at the University of Washington. In addition to being a full-time working broker, I have served on two different local Board of Realtors and served as President of a local MLS. I\'m also a certified real estate instructor for the State of Washington, and a certified HUD housing councilor. It has been my pleasure to help people buy and sell over 2,000 homes during my real estate career. In order to do so, I keep a staff of people to help me to keep my transactions moving forward to closing, plus maintaining communication with clients and customers. My marketing systems continue to expand my ability to provide my best possible service.
