<p>As a residential rental specialist Grant is dedicated to servicing tenant and landlords in the greater Durban area, but mainly focussed on the rapidly growing residential precinct of apartments in Umhlanga Ridge around the famous Gateway Mall.</p><p>Grant has been an active rental agent since November 2019 and has been responsible for over 200 residential leases! Having been an Accountant and Financial Manager most of his career, he has an attention to detail with the administration, financial and legal aspects of every transaction.</p><p>His professional motto &quot;Happy Tenant Happy Landlord&quot; is a reflection of his dedication to go the extra mile and ensure that with every lease the tenant is satisfied with their new home and the landlord is confident and secure in the return on their investment. The ultimate goal being to connect quality tenants with quality homes and landlords.</p><p>Grant is married with four children and has completed two Comrades Marathons.</p>
