<p>Gawie started his career in Real Estate in 2005 and he is a Full Status Agent. He was admitted as an attorney in 2007. He was appointed as a director at one of the largest law firms in the Eastern Free State in 2010 .&nbsp;Gawie is also a qualified mediator and one of the founding members of Mediation Arbitration Africa Pty (LTD), one of the major role players in regularization proses of Communal Property Associations in South Africa. &nbsp; Practicing as an Attorney and his involvement in Mediation Arbitration Africa,&nbsp;he gained valuable experience within solution driven strategic planning, innovative research &amp; management.</p><p>He was appointed as The Team Leader for one of the upcoming Real Estate Companies in the Garden Route 2020. Under his leadership the Market Centre became the No1 Market Centre in this specific franchise group in South Africa in 2021 and has grown to be one of the largest agencies in the Garden Route.</p><p>Gawie has a passion for growing businesses and changing people&rsquo;s lives through consulting and by assuring that the correct strategies are followed to reach their goals.</p>
