Y durante este tiempo mis esfuerzos han estado enfocados en la promoci&oacute;n de Desarrollos Inmobiliarios residenciales as&iacute; como promotor de vivienda de mercado abierto.</p><p>Adicionalmente cuento con un equipo de asesores expertos en el tema de prestamos hipotecarios en todo M&eacute;xico, lo cual me da la oportunidad de asesorar a nuestros clientes de una manera integral.</p><p>Me considero individuo impulsado por valores universales como la honestidad, la integridad, el profesionalismo.</p><p>Adicionalmente, estoy asociado a una firma boutique de negocios con presencia f&iacute;sica a nivel internacional en 3 continentes (Asia, Europa, y Am&eacute;rica), en la cual somos especialistas en temas diversos como: Nearshoring, Desarrollo de proyectos inmobiliarios de lujo en Asia, Desarrollo de negocios a nivel internacional, &nbsp;representaci&oacute;n corporativa, Expansi&oacute;n de Negocios a Nivel internacional, asesor&iacute;a jur&iacute;dica en Derecho migratorio Espa&ntilde;ol.</p><p>Soy parte del equipo denominado llamado Legends International Team (LIT) &nbsp;y tuve la oportunidad de participar en el Panel denominado: &quot;Estrateg&iacute;as para asegurar un contrato con un desarrollador en el Magno Evento de EXPCON en Lisboa en Junio 2024.</p><p><strong>ENGLISH</strong></p><p>I am a realtor and Real Estate Attorney with at least 20 years of experience in the industry in my Hometown Guadalajara, Mexico, throughout this period I have focused my efforts in the promotion of Luxury Real Estate Developments to the international market.</p><p>As part of my staff, it includes the availability of a team of professional executives whose area of expertise is the obtention of mortgages from the Mexican banks to purchase property in Mexico or abroad.</p><p>I consider myself and Individual &nbsp;driven by universal values such as: honesty, integrity and professionalism.</p><p>Additionally I&acute;m partnered with a boutique business firm with physical presence &nbsp;in 3 continents (Asia, Europe and America) at this firm we are specialists in the developing of luxury Real Estate Projects in Asia, Business development at an international level, we also provide corporative representation and advisory to expand businesses internationally with proven experience; and also the firm has deep experience providing advisory on Spaniard and Mexican immigration and Real Estate Law.</p><p>I am part of the Legends International Team and had the opportunity to participate at a panel called: &quot;Strategies to Secure a Real Estate Development at EXPCON in Lisbon in June 2024.</p>
