<p>I joined the Real Estate industry with a passion for entrepreneurship as well as being extremely sociable.&nbsp;</p><p>I have worked with various types of clients and partners, ranging from all backgrounds and levels of experience. As such, I strive to make the real estate experience equally as easy efficient for everyone, regardless of the size of the sale. I believe every job I take to be equally important, because for most people, a Real Estate transaction will be their most meaningful financial endeavour in life - and as such it is equally as important to every client I assist.&nbsp;</p><p>I have sold close to two-dozen properties within my first year of joining the industry. I am always eager to work hard, and to operate close with my clients, to ensure an efficient process. With each new sale, I have learned new ways to make the next sale an even smoother process. As a quick learner, I am always prepared for my experience to be put to the test. &nbsp;</p><p>I am eager to work on new projects, such as reading up on nature conservation laws for clients that are looking at purchasing camping grounds as well as following globe trends, especially in the states and Europe as they tend to come to SA about 4 to 5 years after they have had success abroad.&nbsp;</p><p>I have acquired knowledge from two completely different worlds of real estate, working in both the city and suburbs, showing that I am adaptable to any work environment, and dedicated to my role as an Agent, regardless of the circumstance I find myself in.&nbsp;</p><p>Within my experience, I have found it important to work with both &ldquo;investor&rdquo; and &ldquo;family driven&rdquo; mindsets, and have learned how to mediate between the two. I feel a personal sense of achievement/success in providing the best services I can, through my ability to incorporate multiple understandings into my technique.&nbsp;</p><p>I aim to form meaningful and long lasting relationships with my clientele in order to ensure that they are able to rely on me for any of their property related needs. I create a workspace in which they can feel safe in my competence.</p><p>I will be a Real Estate Agent that you can trust to keep you up to date at every step of the process.</p>
