I was not actively working full time in the real estate industry at this stage.&nbsp;</p><p style='margin-top:0in;margin-right:0in;margin-bottom:.0001pt;margin-left:0in;font-size:15px;font-family:"Calibri","sans-serif";'>I started working full time as a Real Estate agent in 2000.</p><p style='margin-top:0in;margin-right:0in;margin-bottom:10.0pt;margin-left:0in;font-size:15px;font-family:"Calibri","sans-serif";'>&nbsp;In 2006, after spending some time being mentored by the then South African Property Professional of the Year, I started 1 Vision Properties, and later received my Master Practioner in Real Estate Certification (MPRE).</p><p style='margin-top:0in;margin-right:0in;margin-bottom:10.0pt;margin-left:0in;font-size:15px;font-family:"Calibri","sans-serif";'>The company experienced rapid growth and became a recognized market leader in the Johannesburg South and Alberton areas. In 2010 we became part of <strong>Harcourts</strong> international franchise and continued our success by finishing in the Top 10 best performing offices every year out of 160 offices in South Africa. During this time it grew to become one of the top offices and regularly recognized for service excellence receiving many prestigious awards, both locally and internationally.</p><p style='margin-top:0in;margin-right:0in;margin-bottom:10.0pt;margin-left:0in;font-size:15px;font-family:"Calibri","sans-serif";'><strong>Tessa Enslin</strong>, the dynamic other partner, obtained recognition as the number 1 agent in South Africa twice and was acknowledged in the Top 50 agents internationally. She was also a regular recipient of the Blue Circle Award. An award that acknowledges exceptional achievements in the real estate environment that extends to exceptional customer experiences. This award was only given to the top 5 best performers each year. &nbsp;Tessa was the inspiration for an international award <strong><em>THE QUEST FOR KNOWLEDGE AWARD&nbsp;</em></strong>for which she was the first recipient and that continues to be awarded to worthy recipients. Tessa was also regularly featured in the property TV show, <strong><em>GUIDING YOU HOME</em></strong><em>,&nbsp;</em>in Season 1 and Season 2<em>.&nbsp;</em>This TV show has been aired locally and also internationally.</p><p style='margin-top:0in;margin-right:0in;margin-bottom:10.0pt;margin-left:0in;font-size:15px;font-family:"Calibri","sans-serif";'>In 2016 we joined <strong>KW in South Africa</strong> and relocated to <strong>KW Marbella</strong> <strong>Spain</strong> in 2019. We moved our business over to <strong>eXp Spain&nbsp;</strong>in 2021. However, after the Covid pandemic we decided to return home to South Africa in May 2022.</p><p style='margin-top:0in;margin-right:0in;margin-bottom:10.0pt;margin-left:0in;font-size:15px;font-family:"Calibri","sans-serif";'>On the other hand, we were now experienced with 3 years of exposure to the Spanish housing market and other international markets, too, along with a great network of agents and a relocation specialist.</p><p style='margin-top:0in;margin-right:0in;margin-bottom:10.0pt;margin-left:0in;font-size:15px;font-family:"Calibri","sans-serif";'>&ldquo;<em>Many of our clients that started with us so many years ago are still clients today.
