<p>Although my global travels have been limited, I consistently find myself drawn back to the place I proudly call home: Johannesburg.</p><p>I have spent a significant part of my career in this vibrant city, which offers an exceptional blend of top-notch restaurants, diverse entertainment options, welcoming communities, esteemed schools, picturesque parks, and unique architectural marvels. While many cities offer their allure, Johannesburg remains my personal favorite, and I am dedicated to assisting clients with their real estate needs in this dynamic market.</p><p>Originally from East London, I began my hospitality career with Osner Resorts, completing my training before moving to Cape Town to gain experience at the prestigious Table Bay Hotel under Sun International. I further honed my skills at Sun City Resort, specializing in food and beverage management, and had the privilege of participating in high-profile events such as &#39;The Million Dollar Golf Challenge&#39; and international rock concerts.</p><p>After a successful tenure with Sun International, I transitioned to Cornuti The Cradle in Lanseria, Johannesburg, working alongside renowned chef Piero Cararra. My role as operations manager at Cornuti Illovo and my involvement with other locations, including Cornuti Al Mare in Plettenberg Bay, Barbarella Illovo, Charlottes Salon de Te, Hyde Park, and Deluxe Parktown North, provided me with extensive industry experience. Following numerous magazine features, I pivoted to consulting, helping restaurants optimize their operations and profitability.</p><p>Returning to five-star properties, I took on the role of Ma&icirc;tre d&#39;Hotel at the Westcliff Hotel, where I had the honor of interacting with celebrities such as Kate Hudson, Brad Pitt, Oprah Winfrey, and Charlize Theron. My career also took me to Benguerra Island in Mozambique, Azura Resort, Ponta Mamoli White Pearl Resort, and Bongani Mountain Lodge in Kruger Park. This extensive experience led me to a new career path in real estate with a leading company in Benoni, where I was mentored by top professionals.</p><p>I later explored the Garden Route with a prominent real estate firm in George, under the guidance of Tim Kirby and his team. This experience deepened my understanding of real estate through Tim&rsquo;s exemplary work ethic and integrity.</p><p>Though I have visited many beautiful places, including the Transkei, I have a list of future adventures, including Living in the south of France for a year, surfing in Australia, seeing Komodo Dragons in Indonesia, drinking dark coffee in Yemen, visiting temples in India, jump out of planes in New Zealand, ride on camels in Egypt, to go hand gliding in Costa Rica, play with monkeys in Cambodia and leap-frog around on scooters in Vietnam.&nbsp;</p><p>Currently, I reside in Johannesburg, where I enjoy my morning coffee at Doppio Zero and spend my days assisting clients with home staging, property viewings, contract negotiations, and facilitating smooth transactions. I am committed to both building a fulfilling career and supporting fellow agents in their professional growth.</p><p>I conclude my day by returning to my supportive wife, Colette, and our three Yorkies, Coco, Fabie, and Drakksie, as we enjoy a fulfilling life together.</p>
