<p style="text-align: justify;">I started my career in residential property in 1999 after working in the banking and insurance industries since leaving school in 1978. I started with a small Company in Durbanville &ldquo;New Beginnings&rdquo; and under the leadership of the Principles underwent extensive training in the first 18 months under their banner. Early in 2001 I was approached by Remax who were opening their first franchise in the area. I was attracted by the new brand and to the possibilities of working with a Company that was not only represented worldwide but included strong referrals between offices in and outside of the Country. I am very proud to say that I was the very 1^st agent recruited in the area and I went from strength to strength, earning the prestigious Remax International Hall of Fame Award in 2007.</p><p style="text-align: justify;">After 20 very successful and happy years with Remax I have now decided to make a very bold decision to join a brand new Enterprise under the umbrella of eXp Realty South Africa. &nbsp;Brain child of Glenn Sanford from the USA, this forward thinking global phenomenon is the first and the FASTEST GROWING &ldquo;Cloud based&rdquo; real estate brokerage in the world, currently just exceeding 88 000 agents and <strong>EXP</strong>loding in numbers by the week!</p><p style="text-align: justify;">This exciting move, together with innovating and incredible forward thinking technology, amazing mentorship from the legendary Steven Johnstone has inspired me to make a fresh start &ndash; a new beginning to better myself in all respects along this new journey in property and life itself.</p><p style="text-align: justify;">I am currently working the in the lovely residential suburb of Durbanville and surrounding areas in the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town.
