<p><strong><em>Get to know Brian Super</em></strong><br><br>Being a ultra distance road and trail runner since 1977 and a Oceanographic Scientist by trade, I fully understand that success comes to those who are consistent, offer value, do the basic things right, go the extra mile, perform the necessary due diligence and pay attention to detail.<br><br>I am known to be a good listener, extremely patient, have empathy for others situations, love building mutually beneficial relationships and coupled with being a natural <strong><em>Deal Maker</em></strong>.I am able to conclude property transactions easily, and in most cases sales and rentals are a <em>win, win&nbsp;</em>for all parties concerned.<br><br>I&rsquo;m a very experienced residential and commercial rental and sales professional I am able to work anywhere in the Western Cape but my areas of specialisation is from Milnerton/Century City through to Blouberg/Table View/Parklands (where I started trading when Parklands was launched and&nbsp;up to Melkbos<em>(<strong>being in the 1% nationally,with &gt; 20yrs</strong></em> <strong><em>experience</em></strong>) and I relish challenges and variety.<br><br>As a bit of my sales success history, I was the top Listing Agent of the year for 2008 within the former MLS (Multi Listing Services) group, which was mirrored by being the 1st sales agent at my former company (Red Pepper Properties) <em>to achieve a 99%&nbsp;</em><em>sales ratio</em> on all my mandates and a net commission of in excess of <em>R1.0m in &lt; 1&nbsp;</em><em>year.</em><br><br>One of my <strong><em>motto&rsquo;s is teamwork makes the dream work</em></strong>, so I love being an active member of a happy motivated team at EXP SA in Blouberg.<br><br>I have successfully completed my NQF level 4, achieved my Professional Designation Exemption Certificate and I keep abreast with all the <strong>EAAB&nbsp;</strong>regulations as regards Continuous Learning, so one can rest assured that I am fully licensed and qualified to perform at the highest level.</p>
