Brad began his career in 2006 as a residential letting agent and quickly expanded his expertise to include commercial, retail, and industrial property management.</p><p>Throughout his career, Brad has demonstrated a strong track record of success and a commitment to excellence.</p><p>Not only skilled in property management, but Brad is also highly proficient in property sales and leasing. He has successfully facilitated residential, commercial, and industrial property transactions, showcasing his expertise in negotiating deals and matching clients with suitable properties. Brad is also the Eastern and Southern Cape representative for one of the largest and most successful Auction houses in South Africa, <em>In2Assets Property Specialists.&nbsp;</em>Brad has also opened and owned various <em>Jawitz Property Franchises</em> in the Eastern Cape.</p><p>Brad is also part-founder of a small boutique student accommodation facility,&nbsp; &nbsp;<strong><em>THE HIVE</em></strong>, which opened its doors in 2019.</p><p>Brad is also a shareholder in the property development company , ORIGIN PROPERTY GROUP, where he oversees the marketing and sales.&nbsp;</p><p>Brad is driven by a proactive and target-driven approach, he believes in the fundamental values of honesty and strong moral principles in every business relationship while continuing to make a profound impact in the real estate industry.</p><p><br></p>
