<p>I am working in the Real estate industry for 3 years. I&#39;m dealing with residential apartments, villas, open plots, farmhouses, commercial spaces &amp; Fractional investments. I&#39;m working majorly on projects in Hyderabad, partly in Goa &amp; Karnataka, and just started working on Dubai projects as well. I work on finding the projects as per the Client&#39;s requirement and not on the projects for which I&#39;m working. So far, I have assisted my clients in closing 30+ deals. Assisted in getting bank loans. I&#39;m working with Developers/projects which are completely legal and have obtained all the necessary statutory permissions so that the customer should not regret investing in an unauthorized property. Does all the background study of the developer, their ventures, and legalities before publicizing them.&nbsp;</p>
