<p><strong><u>PROFILE SUMMARY-Experience:</u></strong></p><p>I have completed my research work through completion of <strong>Doctorate of philosophy, PhD.&nbsp;</strong>(<strong>part time</strong>) (Civil Engineering) from <strong>National Institute of Technology,<strong>Raipur</strong>&nbsp;</strong> in the year <strong>(2010 to 2018)</strong> for on time completion of any type of Infrastructure Construction/Real Estate &amp; Industrial projects through risk analysis by developing soft computing tools , models &amp; as well as total experience of around <strong>23 years (1997 to 2024&hellip; Present)&nbsp;</strong>with varied job &amp; professional exposure by serving 10,000 clients of different needs, purposes, finally sustainable, happiness, natural &amp; sustainable living to achieve their dreams for prosperity &nbsp;.&nbsp;</p><ul><li><strong><u>In this journey</u></strong><strong>:</strong></li><li>To find &amp; assess cost estimation or value of project in feasibility stage by consideration of whole project life cycle by adopting green technologies practices &amp; achieve net zero carbon missions through sustainable development approaches &amp; green technologies.</li><li>&nbsp;Source of Motivation: Project overrun/delay is challenging area causing increase of project cost &amp; time extension for any business, faced worldwide by all industries, real estate, civil &amp; infrastructure projects &amp; economy of country &amp; loss of GDP.</li><li>Solution: A model developed for Mitigation&#39;s of all risk factors &amp; vulnerabilities are created, during life cycle, in all stages of project construction to completion - planning, programming, &amp; implementation, during life cycle, in all stages of project construction- planning, programming &amp; implementation, which is causing delay of projects, so completion of project within cost &amp; time period is a great challenge, loss of lakhs &amp; Crores currency.</li><li>Total 23 years&rsquo; (Vaastu Solutions by balancing Asset /Property through Utilisation of Unlimited Power of Natures Energy &amp; Eco system through blending or combination of various Astro Science (Sadhna etc.), Vedic Science (Yantra etc.) Practical Solutions with my inner capabilities &amp; expertise of my whole team as well as varied job exposure, out of which served 15 years with Central Govt. Agencies, Ministry, State Govt. &amp; Statutory Organisation for successful implementation of Industrial, Commercial &amp; Real Estate Projects to serve all type of clients as per their 100 their Satisfaction &amp; full guarantee to Individual, Clusters, Pvt. Ltd., Public Limited, State Govt. &amp; Central Govt.
