During this time, what began as a leisurely Sunday pastime of exploring showhouses gradually evolved into a source of profound fulfillment. This hobby soon led me into property investment, driven by a desire to breathe new life into aging homes. Little did I realize that this budding interest would ultimately mature to become my livelihood.</p><p style='margin-top:0cm;margin-right:0cm;margin-bottom:8.0pt;margin-left:0cm;font-size:16px;font-family:"Aptos",sans-serif;'>In 2003, a significant shift occurred as I returned to the Western Cape, transforming my passion into a full-fledged career in the Real Estate Industry. By 2008, I took a major step forward, founding my own real estate company. Over the next four years, I nurtured its growth, eventually catching the attention of a prominent company, which offered me a franchise in the Winelands.</p><p style='margin-top:0cm;margin-right:0cm;margin-bottom:8.0pt;margin-left:0cm;font-size:16px;font-family:"Aptos",sans-serif;'>Three years later, my business had expanded to such an extent that I was able to open a second satellite office, marking the continuation of a successful journey.
