<p>I am a passionate Property Practitioner, trained in Secunda, Mpumalanga by the owner herself of Perfektum Homes, Lunell Reynecke. I joined her company in February 2009 after I sold my Civil Engineering Laboratory I had for 10 years. I moved to Howick in 2012 and joined Remax Midlands and experienced sales in businesses, farms, small holdings, commercial property, share block and sectional title. I joined Pam Golding in 2017 and did training to include rentals of residential properties as well as commercial. We then moved to the Lower South Coast in 2018 and stayed with Pam Golding in Ramsgate. In 2021, I was asked to joined EXP South Africa and joined the team of the well known Steven Johnstone, best decision of my life! I love living close to the ocean, now my &quot;happy&quot; place!</p><p>Before I joined real estate I always had my own businesses and was a member of the Woman Business Chamber in Mpumalanga. Through my business endeavors I achieved the honor to participate in the Mrs South Africa 2006 pageant, and was voted one of the regional finalists. It was such an enriching and unbelievable experience that taught me so much about who I am and that I have God given skills and talents that I must embrace.&nbsp;</p><p>I learnt from an early age that effort leads to reward, which translates into a strong work ethic, integrity in all dealings and a high degree of personal resilience.</p><p>As a family orientated person I love spending time with my husband, children and &nbsp;7 grandchildren and of course our sweet 4 legged child Basco. &nbsp;I feel richly blessed to have all that.&nbsp;</p><p>I am also a trained nurse and having run my own businesses in the service industry, I feel I have acquired the skills I need in the real estate industry. &nbsp;</p><p>When I am not busy working, I am a keen chocolatier and baker and love it when people indulge in my creations. When I started my little chocolate bakery in the Midlands I had to start from scratch and had to learn all about self discipline, little or no sleep and very hard work as I had to bake during the night and sell my lovely goodies in the daytime. As the rent was very high I could not afford to hire any help and had to rely on only myself. It taught me so much about myself and what I can do and to believe in myself and my talents.&nbsp;</p><p>That experience gave me the confidence and endurance to keep on course even in the very hard times.&nbsp;</p><p>I have vast experience in selling residential properties, businesses, I sold farms, small holdings and especially have good experience with Sectional Title and was trustee and Chair person at the Estate where I owned a property for 6 years. &nbsp;I also dealt with share block properties at a Nature Reserve, Mbona near Howick.</p><p>My motto is to never give up!
